I am very disappointed in the service. Mike the supervisor who answers the phone tries to be helpful but there is no accountability. My Delivery was set up and I received the courtesy call. I dispatched my maintenance team to wait. After two hours no show. After some investigation.... The truck went to the wrong address. They went to the wrong Court - East not west and to 106 not 109. When the man in 106 E told them to go to west they went to 106 W.. Umm the work order was for 109. Needless to say we were a no show..... Of course they went to the wrong house. When the driver was called I was told he went to a grey house. Of course my house is Blue. 106 on Either court is Grey. Go Figure! No recourse and by the way I was never right in the situation. No redeliver. They did forward me to a Supervisor - Angel L786312.... Oh wait when I called back to speak to her she is not a supervisor or work in that center... HMMMMM. Better yet I asked Angel (Devil) for an address to send the Time billing for my maintenance crew - that now have to sit at a home for a second day. She gave my the address for GE APPLIANCE warranty. So I say...... Have accountability for your job. Sometimes the customer is right. And you have to spend the extra money to do the job right,
These magoos were subcontracted by Home Depot. Not a reflection on Home Depot, but check your subs.
We had a terrible experience with the two guys that delivered our refrigerator. They were so rude to us, would not speak or answer our questions and even came in my house and started to remove the appliance when I asked him not to until I had a chance to inspect the new appliance. My neighbors were out there along with myself and we were all dumbfounded by their attitudes. Very unprofessional. I would not want people working for me like that. They also put a scratch on the front of the appliance bringing it in and left trash in our driveway that was removed from the appliance.

Provided by YP.comWe ordered a new dishwasher from Home depot, in which was defective. So, the delivery guys informed me to call Home depot to expedite another delivery date for a new dishwasher. Unfortunately, the delivery team did NOT reinstall my old dishwasher in which caused water damage under my sink. A Mid Inc. rep came out to view the damage caused by their questionable delivery team, agreed to pay for $958.00 damage that our Insurance company quoted $1908.55. They have NOT returned my call or email. We even called Mid Inc. headquarters with NO reply. Home depot disavowed any responsibility and washed their hands, and basically has not helped to resolve this issue. Home depot has lost another customer to LOWES thanks to John and the unprofessional contractors. It's soo difficult to find competent and professional help these days...

Provided by YP.comWe ordered an electric clothes dryer through the Home Depot website for home delivery. The dryer was delivered without crucial parts, including the vent and the power cord, so the delivery people were unable to install it. I immediately called the customer service line to fix this. I spent an hour on the phone, was transferred to three different people, and had to explain my problem again each time. I was finally assured that the delivery firm had made a mistake and that they would be in touch again shortly to fix it. I waited until the end of the day and heard nothing.
Today, my wife spent another two hours on the phone, again explaining the problem to several different people. On several attempts, the phone rang and rang without any answer. She was finally told that we had to pay another $30 before an installation could be scheduled --- and that even then it would take another week!
So far, the response has been uniformly incompetent and unsympathetic --- and a huge waste of time. We're still waiting to get our dryer hooked up.

I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher through Home Depot, who unfortunately uses this delivery company. Mid Inc has been to our house four times and have yet to get the delivery correct. The first time the refrigerator was badly dented and they informed me that they couldn't install the dishwasher as promised. The second time, they brought the fridge but the ice maker didn't work. They also forgot the dishwasher. The third time they were scheduled to fix the ice maker and deliver the dishwasher, they just didn't show up. The fourth time, they informed me they couldn't disconnect my old dishwasher as promised. When they pulled the fridge out to check the ice maker, they didn't unplug the appliance. They ripped the cord and broke off the plug.
I took time off from work for each failed attempt.
I strongly suggest avoiding buying anything that is to be delivered by Mid Inc.
