Yesterday a M.A Williams technician gave me an estimate of $ 825.00 to replace the drainage pipe in my basement. I gave the technician a 20% off M.A. Williams coupon that I got at the home show which brang the price down to $ 660.00. I receive a call from the technician this morning saying that the office would not accept their own coupon that the $ 825.00 price was the best they could do. I will never call this company again for any work, nor will I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

M A Williams has been to my home 3 times for 3 different problems. On each visit I was very happy with the service I recieved. The first issue was that I had no water pressure. The problem was resolved by simply replacing a water filter. The next issue was a small leak under the kitchen sink. A thorough inspection of the leak under my double sink indicated a crack in the metal pipe under one basin and the metal pipe under the other basin was almost totally rusted out. I now have new pvc pipe and Jay even replaced the drain in each basin for added protection and in my opinion helps make an old sink look new. The 3rd visit was because my gutters performed as waterfalls. The rain water was not going through the downspouts. It was truly amazing to see a hose like item travel the distance from the downspout to the drain UNDER my deck and travel undergroun d 200 feet or more to where the french drain ended. Result: french drain was crushed at the end, loaded with leaves and blocked.
