Light & Raphael, formerly known as Light-VanAusdall, was founded in 1966. Light & Raphael is a business brokerage firm specializing in acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, financing and formal valuations for a select number of closely held private companies. The Principals of Light & Raphael have over 45 years of experience buying, selling and owning companies of various sizes. Our firm has completed several hundred transactions over that time frame. In addition to Virginia, transactions have been consummated in multiple states along the East Coast. Transactions have ranged from various types of retail service establishments to those in manufacturing and heavy industry.
