      Hmmm . . . Lenscrafters on Willow Lawn Drive, Richmond, VA, refused to order just a part for my frames. The right temple only needed replacing. When I asked if they couldn't order it or if they were unwilling to, the reply was they couldn't. They only order entire frames, not parts. I called my optometrist in CA where we used to live and they were very willing to order the right temple only. Thumbs down to Lenscrafters on Willow Lawn Drive!
