Dealing with them as a vendor is not a good idea, avoiding calls, false information, lack of payment. Info given to pay is always false and avoiding calls is never a sign of an upstanding business.

Be careful! They put in rebuilt part which failed on the interstate in the middle of the night. Originally they agreed to pay for the tow back to their shop then refused to do so. I highly recommend you find another service provider.

This place is great! Everyone that works there is friendly. I went there to get my car inspected and they were fast and honest. When they had my car on the lift, they noticed a few things that need attention but did not pressure me to get them fixed. They replaced one of my light bulbs and only charged me the cost of the bulb. I would definitely recommend Jackson's for your auto service needs.

finding an honest mechanic is not easy. I will definitely use Diane and Leroy again. My gas pedal was sticking and i was concerned. They took a look at it and within no time was able to diagnose the problem. Instead of giving me some bogus info to make me spend money they gave me honest options. Because it didn't take them long to figure it out and they didn't have to hook it up to the diagnostic machine, they didn't charge me a thing. I couldn't believe it. Most places would charge just to pull it in the bay. Great place to do business.
