The Owner is the key and most important team member. The firm's principals work with the Owner, from project commencement to project completion, maintaining a readiness and commitment to meet with the Owner or Owner's committee and with all parties involved to produce a successful project. Our complete architectural and engineering team consists of full architectural services and coordinating all consulting services. We work with the Owner while selecting consultants. We have professional relationships with several firms in the Richmond area, tailoring their services to meet your project needs. We also like to include the general contractor as a member of the project team by involving them in the early design phases of the project.
