It was alright until order for delivery was messed up and wasn't done correctly but the manager was able to accommodate us by having them deliver it to our house on Saturday. I feel if a sales associate is unsure if certain things can be done, they need to double check with higher authority so there will be no issue later on.

Excellent service and salesperson in Glen Shelton at the Short Pump Richmond store. He was so helpful and gave great advice. Not once did my partner and I feel pressured into any decision. He allowed us to look at the different groupings of furniture, and then would come back 15 minutes later or so to ask us what we thought and to answer any questions we may have about the collections. No other furniture store in the area treated us this way. We were usually followed around by the salesperson and constantly reminded of the sale price possibly being unavailable at close of business. That was annoying ... and so it was Haynes that we decided to purchase our new bedroom grouping as well as sectional sofa for the media room. We will continue to make all our future furniture purchases at Hayne's in Short Pump.

My husband and I went into the Store to look at the paula Deen line of furniture, we talked to a salesperson about it. We went back in on Saturday and she wasn't working. We talked to a man who was so rude and uninformative. We told him we saw a sale on TV of 50% on and he told us that wasn't so and Paula Deen furniture was never put on sale. We asked about the gathering table and counter high chairs. There was a table but had a crack in one leg. Asked if they would reduce it he wouldn't answer any questions I asked him, but went off on some other line. He said they wouldn't sell the chairs unless we purchased 4 or 6, yet they only had 2 on the floor, so I asked if he had sold 2 chairs, no answer. No answers to any questions I asked, finally a manager came over and stood there and listened but did nothing. We walked out NO SALE. We called back the next Tuesday to talk to the sales woman we had worked with before. That same man answered and said she wasn't there.
