I had to pull over to take a phone call. I pulled into the empty parking lot of Gordon Valentine photography which appeared closed. I was just sitting in my running car taking the phone call, and it was closed with no cars. The owner arrived and asked me what I was doing. I said, "I'm sorry-I had to take a phone call and felt unsafe driving." He started screaming at me, using the F word and telling me to get the F off his property. He told me I was on private property, however I was sitting in the parking lot of a commercial business; those cannot be private. He then pulled his car up to my drivers side window and blared on the horn to intimidate me. I was so alarmed, I could not put my car in gear because I was shaking. I honestly thought he was going to assault me. He was screaming. He got out of his car and continued to yell obscenities. He said, "Do you think I'm a bully?" He threatened to call the police and I shook my head yes, because I wanted him to call the police at that point. Once he got back in his car, I put my car in gear and I left. He took pictures of me in my car, so I gave him a peace sign. Much nicer than the obscenities he was hurling at me. I'm not usually easily scared or intimidated-but this guy really flew off the handle and made me feel sick to my stomach. I would encourage my friends not to use this business. There are much kinder people in the world to support.
