NHQ Certification by National Association of Home Builders Research Center Fireside Hearth and Home offers a complete process to make your fireplace purchase a pleasant experience. Selection Process The first step is the selection center. One of our friendly sales representatives will help determine which fireplace is right for your home. Once you have selected the perfect fireplace, you will receive a quote. A preview visit will also be scheduled during this time. The previewer will visit your job site and inspect the area where the fireplace will be installed. When the inspection is complete, the previewer will confirm the installation date of your fireplace with your production coordinator. Installation Fireside Hearth and Home uses trained installers and NFI certified technicians for all installations. All jobs are inspected to ensure the Fireside Signature Install standards are met. We will treat your home as if it were our own by protecting the area of installation. The completed fireplace and facing will be protected with cardboard secured with metal tape. Whole hearth dealer featuring gas, wood burning and electric fireplaces, stoves and inserts. Marble, granite and stone facings, concrete, pre-cast sandstone and wood mantels.
