My friend has been working for exclusive staffing for three months now, and its been a nightmare. EVERY WEEK, she is cheated out of her wages. She works full time to bring home about $100 a week, of which $50 is used for gas. They've changed her payrate, with no notice, every week since shes been there. Even now, they SAY she makes an hourly wage, but they dont pay accordingly. 6 weeks ago she started asking for her backpay, on a daily basis, and either she gets ignored, or told to wait. Supervisors wont answer their phones amd no one seems to be responsible for this theft. Exclusive staffing is only good if you like working for free

I was recently interviewed at Exclusive Staffing and found the experience to be very professional and gratifying. Like any company you interview with or work for, you must have a professional attitude, appearance and disposition. How could anyone be rude if you posess those qualities? They wouldn't and they haven't and that is the reason why they've been in business for so long. I have been working for Exclusive since October and so far it has been absolutely wonderful!! Take it from me, This is a wonderful company to work for and I am blessed to be one of the ones who do!!!

This is the wosrt staffing company that I have been to. You have to pay $40 if your check is lost in the mail. The people are rude, and unaccomadating. I just had the worst experience! DONOT USE THIS AGENCY

I filled out an application a year and a half ago at this agency and learned at that time that time sheets had to be delivered to the office on Friday afternoons. No option to fax or mail in the time sheet, which meant if a position was taken on the west or south side of town, temp had to drive up to Franklin Street, deliver the time sheet, and then drive home. When I questioned this at the time the staff person became very combative. It was no problem to them that temp had to add that half-hour or hour onto their Friday evening commute in order to do something that could have been done by a fax machine, which is how everyone else does it. I quickly left and managed to get a good position with another temp agency soon thereafter.

This agency is not reputable and does not treat it's employees like adults. They are in the business of taking advantage of good people in difficult career situations. I've worked with other agencies before, and the difference is quite dramatic. Exclusive doesn't analyze people effectively, doesn't have appropriate positions for talented people, doesn't care about their employees, and they will not support you in any way if your goals extend beyond (just barely) making the next month's rent. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. If you have any other alternatives, do not work for this company. If you accept an assignment from them, keep your eyes open, protect yourself, and look for something else--you deserve better.

I showed up for an interview with this agency and was notified half way through the interview that the position had been taken a couple days prior to my interview. They did not have the decency to notify me beforehand! They also offered no apology, they simply ushered me out the door and did not even take the time to discuss other employment options. This wasn't just a walk-in interview, it had been scheduled several days in advance. I had taken half of my remaining PTO to talk to these people. Do not do business with this company, do yourself a favor and seek employment somewhere else!

This about the most unprofessional agency I have ever worked for in my life. I worked for this agency briefly while in between jobs. I was placed at a good company, but lousy pay. The agency did not have my best interest at heart; although I received promotions at the assigned company the agency would not recognize it with increase in pay. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. During the short time I was employed by them they lost 2 major contracts, including the one I was assigned to. The hiring managers treated their employees like children, spoke to them in a condescending manner and were very combative. The agency is a nightmare; hopefully they will go under soon.
