We welcome adults and children of all ages and are well equipped to provide comprehensive examinations and treatment of the ears, nose and throat. We are a nationally recognized research center for minimally invasive sinus treatments including Balloon Sinuplasty and the first medical office in Richmond to provide same day, low radiation CT scans of the sinuses.
- OtolaryngologyWilliam L. Wilkes, M.D. graduated from the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia before completing an ENT residency and otology fellowship at VCU’s Medical College of Virginia. He served as the chief of otolaryngology and allergy at Vandenberg Air Force Base before returning to Richmond. He brings compassion, enthusiasm and more than 45 years of experience to patients at Richmond ENT. He treats a wide range of ear, nose and throat concerns, with a special interest in allergies and ear diseases, including balance, hearing loss, and vertigo.

- BotoxAmy Meadors, RN, MSN, FNP, CORLN joined Richmond ENT in 2013 and specializes in sinus, allergy, and head and neck concerns for patients of all ages. She is the only practitioner who administers Botox for chronic migraine treatments.
- Plastic SurgeryMichael Armstrong, Jr., M.D. is a graduate of Princeton University and Duke Medical School, who trained at Johns Hopkins in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and facial plastic surgery. He is double board-certified in otolaryngology (ENT) and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Armstrong founded Richmond ENT in 2001 to explore innovative ways to improve care of ear, nose and throat disorders. Dr. Armstrong was a pioneer in less invasive sinus surgery and was a leader in developing modern techniques in balloon sinus dilation. We are currently developing new medications to control nasal polyps, restore hearing loss and reduce tinnitus (ringing ears).
