have EXPERIENCED A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH POOL CALLED THIA MORNING YES AWARE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL SAYING 84 BUT WATER COOL AND PERSON ADDRESSING THIS. POOL IS IMPORTANT BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF PATIENCE HERE ON MY BEHALF CANCELING MEMBERSHIP

Sauna broke in April 2014 remained down for 5 mths, mamagement appear to not want to get it fixed. dirty no cleanup people on site. Ladies bathrooms and shower are not cleaned on a daily basis the flors in lockerroom need to be vacuumed the bathrooms also and they need to be scrubed with bleach. ive been a member since Jan 2014 and the same trash is still on floor from when i joined. the also need to purchase lounge chairs nouside of the pool and hot tub area to be able to cool off before going back in. Management has been told but no result.

Decent gym, not the best workout equipment. I would give three stars, however I recently moved out of the state and called the gym to cancel my membershiphave to. The first representative I spoke to advised that they would cancel my membership but theystill charged me a month later. When I called back I was unable to get any help or have fees reversed due to the manager being on vacation, and they also told me now that I need to submit a letter to have my membership canceled, which I was not notified of during the first call. Now I've sent the letter and another month has gone by and I've been charged once again and they claim that they have not received the letter and I would have to send another letter. On top of that, they are still charging me for this month and September. The best the manager could do is lower my membership plan so I won't be charged as much in September. His reasoning behind it is that it is policy and he does not "want to get written up." Would not provide a corporate number for me to call.
