An extremely courteous and competent fellow named Adam took my old laptop and brought it back to life. Diagnosed and fixed problem (replaced hard drive and restored data) and did all this in a few hours. Laptop was brought it in at 10am and was ready for pickup at 3pm. It's now running better than it has in years. Thanks Adam!

I have now bought two monitors and a laptop from Computer World. When I dropped the laptop and broke the screen, Jerome replaced it....on a Sunday. That screen was having some issues and he just replaced if again, free of charge...on a Saturday. I think a new (for me) PC is in my immediate future due to the great prices and even better service I know I will get from Jerome.

I have taking my desktop, laptops and external hard drives to Jerome and crew, for years. They have gone the extra distance every time. An example, a piece broke off of my motherboard, they soldered it instead of telling me to replace it, $25. Recently, both external hard drives, with 20,000 photos and architectural work crashed; they kept working on it and tried program after program and recovered ALL of it, charged me $100. Great guys!
