Won't go anywhere else ever

We use Broad Street Veterinary Hospital for our two dogs, one cat and the occasional foster dog. There is not a single critical thing I can say about this practice. Everything from the front desk to the business office to the doctors is wonderful. We usually see Dr. Hiser, but on our first visit, Dr. Rose had my eight-year old son help with the examination and taught him why what they were doing was important. Everyone has time for questions and concerns, we are never rushed, but we never have to wait very long either. My dogs walk right in like they own the place. Vet care is expensive, but at this practice I feel like I am getting back more than I pay.

I have never really seen a vet that treats the person as well as your pet as family as well as these guys do. The entire staff is above wonderful. It is easy to see they are in this business for their love of the animals and not for the bucks to be made. If I was an animal I would rather be seen by no one other then these guys. I can't say how wonderful they are! They have been around forever and I am sure will be here for many more years! Thank god they haven't sold out to the corp. world as many small vets have this day and time.

My family has been going to Dr Rose since the early 70's - he and his staff are wonderful, educated and caring people that have always taken the best care of my pets. I highly recommend this practice!

I've used Dr. Rose since 1973, and my animals have always received the best of care. The staff is truly caring and loving. Dr. Rose has a wealth of experience, and always gives me several alternative approaches in treating a sick animal. I totally trust their opinion regarding the care of my animals.
