The place is nasty and unsanitary for anyone to live their. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to have my family member removed from their and transferred back to the hospital after only being their 3 hours. They didnt have any of the equipment that she needed to be cared for and didnt seem to care. I wouldnt allow my dog or my worst enemy to live in this place. They should be shut down by the licensing agency.
Terrible care. My sister was in her early 50's with crippling multiple sclorosis. She couldn't speak and had a feeding tube. We had several meetings with staff and administrators there concerning the fact that she was rarely cleaned. Her hair was filthy most of the time. They would always promise to be more attentive but, never changed. They give only the minimum care required by law and no more! Ever! My sister recently passed away and it was due to their neglect. She was quiet; so, they did not check on her. They did not even notice that she was sick until her temperature was 107 degrees. Do not put your loved one in this facility!

The bells are constantly ringing at.the nurses station because they take their sweet time getting to the patients. One time they brought my father to the hospital and left him there alone. Without the aid they said they would send. My father is in a wheel chair and gets confessed ....they argued with me, saying it was a misunderstanding ....no, getting fries instead of mashed is a misunderstanding , not leaving a disabled 80 yr old man alone at the hospital . I am keeping a closer eye on them now! Don't feel like I can trust them.
