I am a dancer at Barbara Hammond's School of Dance and this is my ninth year dancing there coming up. I love the dancing, the styles, the friend relationships, etc. I currently take tap, jazz, ballet, and (of course) COMPETITION! I love going to competitions so much! It's a lot of fun going to competitions with the team. We are all friends and especially last year when we went to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was such a small town so there were a lot of thing to do with friends or family and it was just SO much fun. This studio is so unique because unlike many other studios, there is only one dance floor and two dance teachers. That's one of the things I love about the studio. I love it a lot!

Barbara Hammond demonstrates professionalism and great patience with even the youngest dancers. I have two granddaughters who are twelve years apart in age and each have enjoyed her ballet and tap classes. She treats the children with dignity and respect and is able to get even the most challenging child to pay attention and learn while still having fun. I highly recommend her dance class and plan to continue my youngest granddaughter's classes for as long as she expresses a desire to keep on dancing.
