I had my windshield done at this store. The strip they install around the windshield failed, sometime following install. I called to see about warranty, which I thought was for a lifetime against workmanship. Although this would have been a simple repair, I was informed they would not stand behind their work. Such a shame as I paid for the last one out of my pocket and now the windshield they installed is cracked and my insurance will pay to have a new one installed. By the way for my car it was over two thousand dollars. Maybe they should think before they turn a previous customer away when a simple repair would have taken care of the "strip" problem. First time since I began driving I had one of the strips fail. This must say something for workmanship
