Every time I visit this location I have a problem. Each time I say I will never return, but it is the only location close to me. I have yet to get a correct order and I don.t order anything complicated. Today, I placed an order inside. I was the only customer in the restaurant and there were a few in drive through. After 15 minutes, I went back up to the counter and asked if they forgot about my order. The manager was surprised to see me and had obviously forgotten me. He said oh your order is almost done, " it's a thick piece of fish and takes longer ." Just tell me the truth dude! I told him to just give me chicken instead since there was a lot already made. He gave me 2 pieces of chicken and said "it was on him."well, the chicken is cheaper than the fish and shrimp. I should have just asked for my money back and left. I used to blame it on the immaturity of the teens working there, but this was an adult manager!

This popeyes is soooo horrible! I have given this location so many chances to show me that they're really not as incompetent as they seem but nope. If you like waiting and then getting home and missing items you paid for then this is the place for you. They don't even acknowledge you, just let you stand there and all act too busy to take your order. I really think they're trying to get this location shut down.

Went to this Popeye's and ordered chicken tenders. The chicken was completely dried out and some chicken pieces were as thin as bacon. It was more like chicken jerky (very disappointing). I called manager and she said she would replace it if I'd bring it back with my receipt with fresh chicken . You would think that when you order that's exactly what your getting fresh chicken. Popeye has just lost a customer:(

Nope . Sorry. Can't recommend this place at all. The service is really slow, they were out of spicy chicken and Cajun rice, then when I got home half our order was missing. Personally I think Popeye's excels at poor service, but this particular restaurant is bad eve by what must be the most minimal of standards. This won't keep you or anyone from eating there, but I'm done and, for what it's worth, I feel better. They still owe me 2 pieces of chicken. Have to rely on Karma...
