I'm with Bradley. No stars at all. Have had my computer for 5 months promising to have it done "next week." Never a call back from them. Only contact came from me phoning them or stopping in the shop, IF was open. Sitting in the parking lot right now. Been here for a half an hour waiting finally to pick up my computer. Was supposed to be ready to take home. Not fixed mind you just pick it up. Wasn't even put back together. Terrible service. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Save yourself the time and trouble and avoid this business entirely.
I apologize you had a bad experience. If you call the office and ask to speak with a manager, she maybe able to help resolve this issue. Thank you.
Kind of dissapointed that I can't rate this place any worse. The worst service that I have ever recieved. Chad seemed like a good guy at first but he continued to lie to me and took over 3 weeks when he said 3 days. And guess what, he couldn't even fix my product.
The owner and manager are very nice. Chad is a very honest person when it comes to his work. I appreciate the honesty!!
