I have not used the customer service folks. I go straight to Wayne with all of my questions and at various times there have been many. I have found his responses extremely thoughtful and thorough. He is easily accessible and quick to respond. It is my relationship with him that makes me feel the most secure about my choice. I feel like I have someone who will go to bat for me should the need arise. I feel as though I have a very clear understanding of what is covered and what is not, thanks to Waynes patience. Kelley
