I find this business to be extremely good. The attendants are friendly, the place is clean, they have a play area for my kids, and the washers and dryers all work very well. As far as the person who commented on them closing early, I actually asked one of the attendants about this and they said that if there is no one in the laundry at 9:30 then they do close because 9:30 is the latest that someone can start a load. So, why would they stay for an hour and a half and just do nothing? If you want to do your laundry so bad then get there in time to do it. Just my opinion

This makes the second time now that this place has closed early on me because they were not busy. This is not a dependable business, especially since laundromats provide an essential service to their customers. Well, over all it is there loss, since my washer broke and instead of buying a cheap new one, my husband and I were going to wait and buy a top of the line one when we buy a house. Obviously since this is the only non-scary laundromat in Richmond, and they cannot be relied upon to not go home an hour and 40 minutes early, this plan is not going to work out. So they lose out on my $, and off I go to buy a cheap washer to last me while we save for a down payment. I wonder if the managers are the ones deciding to close early and they just don't have the sense to realize that it is disrespectful to customers to do this. I have to wear an unwashed uniform to work tomorrow because of this. I cannot imagine how someone would feel if they needed to wash their baby or child's clothing.
