Better off buying a house

The worse place I've ever lived....They own a lot of different apartments, but we live in Eastridge...It's too expensive, they look pretty but they are cheap and so is the carpet and appliances, getting something fixed is like fighting a war, they will always raise the rent on you, you have to pay extra to use the pool even though you pay 725.00 every month, you are limited to # of visitors at the pool, porch furniture and grills have to be approved, the ladies in the office are very rude and stuck up...they love leaving nasty letters on everyone's door if one renter has a problem.....to sum it up.....TOTAL RIPOFF and WASTE OF MONEY!!
