Terrible, Do receptionist go to some special school to learn how to treat people like dirt, or do they learn that in OJT? According to the receptionist my doc did not give the office authorization to do mri. Why schedule the patient (me) to come to the office without authorization? No big deal, as a Veteran I am well used to getting the run around, and wasting time accomplishing nothing. It's getting treated like dirt that I do not appreciate.
