No other bank in town is open 7 days a week to help me with my banking. The staff never makes me feel stupid for asking questions, and they always explain things clearly to me. I've opened several accounts with them and have never been dissapointed!

First Bank richmond is outstanding! The staff is very professional and courteous. they are always willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Plus, the Bank support the community in so many ways. It makes donations to many non-profits and the staff volunteers countless hours to charity as well. first Bank is a model corporate citizen.
