Most recently my elderly mother called this company, thinking there was something wrong with her air conditioner. The repairman came to her home on 5/27/13, and found nothing wrong with her air conditioning system. When my mother asked how much she owed, the repairman stated, you don't owe me anything, only to find two weeks later in the mail a bill for $95.00. My mother suffers from dementia, which is most evident to anyone right away upon trying to carry on a conversation with her. I called to get a better understanding of the charge and was told this was a customary service call charge. This was totally unreasonable and I truly feel that my mother was not fairly charged for the service she received, which was nothing. I would not recommend this company or their services.
