They put in the wrong cellar windows.When I called customer service they were rude.Even one of the window frames had been chewed up by termites.They didn't care they installed the window anyway.I will never use or recommend them again.

My windows do not fit correctly, I can't even lock them,which I did not realize immediately(then when I did call,a year later, they wanted to charge me $100. to send someone out to look at them... and it's two years now and I have to recaulk them......$11,000., two years and I have to recaulk ....and they have NEVER called me to correct the problems. I bet they would call real quick if I wanted to spend more money....AND their web site is conveniently not available for quite a while now
