The receptionist and the owner were cool, but the driving instructors (the most important persons in any driving school) were not good. 14 hours before my road test, I did a 90-minute double-session with Urmilla. She never corrected my turns, so I thought I was good. 14 hours later, I failed my road test; and the examiner told me bluntly, "You need to work on your turns." I lost 10 points for wide / short turns as well as 20 points for not angling the car before turning right at a stop sign. Urmilla's inability to spot this major flaw in my driving is frustrating, time-wasting, and money-wasting. Another instructor named Jose kept his face on his cell-phone, as he send text messages to people. One time, he told me to do a 3-point turn before burying his face in his cell-phone; he never looked to see if I did it right or not. Another instructor named David yelled at me. I'm sorry that I spend nearly $1000 here, and I will be using another driving school to prepare for my next road test.

I'll just cut right to the chase, if you're looking to take driving classes and you live in the Queens area then Ena's driving school is where you need to be (I used their location at 189-17 Jamaica Avenue). If you are a nervous first time driver like I was, I highly recommend Dean Walter as a driving instructor since he is simply a driving god. He was the perfect mix of patience, friendliness and professionalism and I passed my road test on my first attempt! Dean was very encouraging and believed in me even when I thought I was doing horribly. He always used positive reinforcement to keep me calm and focused and I appreciated that. Thank you Ena's driving school for blessing me with Dean, it was a pleasure to work with him.

Ena's driving school was fantastic..I took lessons with Sharmala, Jose, and David. I loved the driving skills I needed, and acquired the confidence to ace my road test...they deserve these five stars!!!!!

After going to a driving school on Atlantic ave I spend a lot of money for the 5 hrs certificate & 5 pkg. (deal) my instructor she was horrible she was alway on her phone talking I took my road test, failed! After that bad experience I looked on line found Ena school I called booked couple of lessons I really liked how everyone took their time explaining the rules of the road to me,they were all so patience with me there is this one instructor name Mark and a young lady can't remember her name but she took me to the site for my road test and gave me one lesson. I appreciate how they spoke to me in details about what i was doing wrong & how i should correct it.their teaching tech was right on. I will send My daughter for her lessons with Ena driving school on 107 street the are very good with young people.
