Store sales rep promised to submit the $200 rebate form for my 85 year old Korean War veteran grandfather and when he never received the rebate we called and when the manager questioned the clerk he changed his story saying he never promised to help my grandfather and it was my grandfathers fault for "losing" the rebate number. I was at the store during the time of purchase and witnessed the clerk promise to submit it for my grandfather himself. Considering switching carriers because of their selfish and incredibly rude customer service. In the end they in a sense "stole" $200 from an 85 year old Korean War veteran
