Twice now we have called a day ahead for reservations to the airport. The first instance, several months ago, cab was 30 mins late for an 11am pickup. When I called to ask where it was, I was told that they had me scheduled for a 5pm pickup.This last time, again called day ahead for a 9:15am pickup. At 9:30, still no cab. When I called to ask where it was, was told they were running late because of snowy roads. This wasn't a surprise snow, it had already been on the ground for a couple of days. Here's a thought: if it's taking longer driving on the roads, LEAVE EARLIER! We drove ourselves to the airport...instead of a $40 roundtrip taxi fare, it cost us $144 for the 2-weeks parked in the lot.Never again!!!

Made a reservation for the Pasco airport and gave my flight number. Called back 30 min later to let them know my flight was delayed 50 minutes. Arrived exactly50 minutes late - no cab. Called and was told it would be a 30 min wait.
