Richland Purchasing and Warehouse Division, a unit of Administrative Services Department, makes purchases of materials, supplies, equipment and contractual services for all departments, offices, boards and other agencies of the city. Located in Richland, Wash., the division is guided in its procurement process by Washington State Law, city ordinances, and polices and procedures. It performs purchasing process through informal and formal bid procedures, cooperative purchasing agreements, credit card and local supply contracts. The division advertises public works projects in newspapers and maintains bids on its Web site under purchasing and contract section. Richland Purchasing and Warehouse Division is open for business from Monday through Friday.
