(Kennewick location) Terrible. The customer service is beyond disgusting.If you have a question or concern regarding anything about a tow on your vehicle don't bother because these people don't care. They cannot have a civil conversation with anyone. My car was towed which is fine I'm not hurting for money in any way, the problem I had was, it was towed at a time that was incorrect on my paperwork, I call back to ask about it not asking for my money but what was the problem and why, well the manager Brian Dickinson told me I was on speaker phone and paraded I was a "Liar" that if I wanted anything (automatically assumes I want money back) says to take it to court he has been in business for years and he will take witnesses to prove me wrong. LOL OK he spent more time calling me a liar than helping me understand what was going on. I guess this is what we deal with when we run into snakes in shifty work.

My car was impounded by Rad towing of Richland. The office lady was SO nice and helpful. She very patient and understanding. Couldn't have had a better experience. I think her name was Becka so something like that.

Towed my car last week and scratched it on the front. I had to pay to fix it myself. Basically told me to go away, look at your car before letting them leave it
