  Natalie joined Walker Heye in 2005. She graduated from Columbia Basin College with her paralegal degree in 2006 and obtained her Certified Paralegal certification through NALA – The Paralegal Association in 2007. Natalie primarily assists the firm’s clients with entity formations and real property and business transactions. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events. She is also a huge Disney fan.

  Prior to joining Walker Heye, PLLC, Bret served as a law clerk for Washington State Attorneys’ General Office – Antitrust Division representing Washington in complex civil litigation. At the King County Prosecutor’s Office, Bret worked in the civil department defending the County in employment discrimination litigation and assisted with employment termination arbitrations.

  Justine’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including contract, construction, real estate, and landlord tenant disputes. Justine has experience in handling all stages of complex litigation. She regularly represents clients in quiet title actions, residential and commercial evictions, adverse possession matters, construction disputes, and TEDRA litigation. Justine guides clients through business and real estate transactions with a focus on protecting assets from potential creditors. She also assists clients with estate planning and probate litigation. Justine has successfully represented clients in arbitration, at trial, and in front of the Washington State Court of Appeals.

  Mr. Walker also assists with sales and acquisitions of small businesses, provides counsel to multiple homeowners associations, and enjoys a significant estate planning practice. He graduated from Richland High School and attended Washington State University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, snow and water skiing, reading, and travel.

  Mr. Heye has prepared thousands of wills, community property agreements, durable powers of attorney, and trusts including revocable and irrevocable living trusts, special needs trusts, and testamentary trusts. He works with clients to ensure that their estates pass to their heirs at the least expense possible and in the most expeditious manner. Mr. Heye handles probates and litigation among heirs on a regular basis, aiming to accelerate the probate process so that heirs do not have to wait years before receiving their inheritances.
