Working as a pediatrician gives Dr. Pelc the opportunity to make a positive and lasting impression on children, teens and young adults. He enjoys being able to lead them through the start of a long and healthy life. According to Dr. Pelc, “putting a smile on a child’s face is what makes coming to work every day worth it.”When he’s not working, Dr. Pelc enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing the piano and guitar, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends. They are the ones who have always encouraged him to be the best version of himself, and provided the love and support he needs to be successful.I treat the children in my care as if they were my own. I try to gather all the details I can before coming up with a treatment plan, and do my best to ensure that when kids and their parents leave the visit, all their questions have been answered. I take every opportunity to educate patients and families and empower them to be involved in their care.
