We found out the hard way that a verizon retailer like the veriizon zone is NOT a verizon company store. I was told that I would be getting a free iphone with the edge program, but what they didn't say was that I would be paying $35 a month for 20 months to pay for the phone. They charged $30 for the sim card, $35 to transfer my contacts and said that the activation was free but added a $35 initiation fee. My bill when I walked out was $200. Nice free phone isn't it. We returned all items. With a $70 restocking fee on the phone and $50 for the "free tablet. When I called to remove the tablet line from my account the manager said no he cant do that. So I had verizon corporate call them. I went to a verizon company store and had no such charges and much better service. Warning make sure the sign on the store says verizon company store not retailer.
