I have been trying to schedule an injection with Dr. Ravula for at least a month..Her office yet to call me back. My referring doctor had faxed my medical records twice!! Yet still, someone bothers to call. I even left a VM for the office manager and complained, no response either. I guess the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree!!! The worst office of any kind of specialities that I have ever seen. The sad part is, I am in medical field. I am feeling sorry for people like me and wondering how many going through the same thing. Dr. Ravula is a great doctor and had done an injection on me with excellent result. I am wondering if she knows what the heck is going on in that office
