Xcellent!!! Fabulous!! Wonderful!! Took my sister n niece there for the first time, impressed with crispness of poblano. Overall great experience.....dining room is loud and open but 2 expectedz frm such a busy place,,,,

Update: I actually did return to the restaurant and had a very good experience, so I raised my rating.My family and I visited Pappasitos recently and had a very bad experience. After waiting an hour for a table, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes before our order was taken. Although we requested drink refills numerous times, we eventually gave up and just got the refills from the bar ourselves. We ordered a large combination fajitas, but no tortillas were served with them; we had to request them from another waiter. The food itself was pretty good and the tortillas tasted great. However, the service was so bad we will not ever be returning to this restaurant.
