HiCould you please offer any avcdie as to how I should go about making a formal complaint against the photography shop, Camera and Lenses at 8338 International Drive?This shop is operating by taking advantage of innocent tourists from around the world, and getting them to pay for goods at much higher prices than the market value.My husband, daughter and I were holidaying in Orlando to celebrate my 40th birthday, Christmas and the New Year holiday period.We visited Camera and Lenses (which is advertise as a reputable business in lots of the tourist magazines) very early into our holiday as our there appeared to be a fault with our camcorder.We were advised not to have it repaired and instead to purchase a new camcorder. We have since discovered that we paid over $600 for something that has a retail price of $150.This does not appear to be a one off mistake by the shop as there are very similar stories posted on the internet.Obviously we expect full responsibility for our own mistake. However we have been deceived, we trusted the staff at this shop and at the time we had no reason to doubt their avcdie and customer service.I'm sure that you can appreciate that we did not have the time whilst on holiday to shop around or look on the internet.Now back at home we have a very poor quality movie of what was a holiday of a lifetime, it's just very disappointing that it had to finish in this way.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind RegardsMrs D.P.CrosspoolEngland
