Cornerstone Foundation is fantastic. Our house flooded a few weeks ago due to an outside drain that couldn't handle the amount of water during a storm. Our pool patio slopes slightly from foundation settling which just exacerbated the issue. We needed to get something done as soon as possible after this event, as more rain were forecasted. Cornerstone came out, informed me that the foundation was fine, and what I needed were additional drains. They could have easily said that I needed major foundation work and drains! Within 3-days they were here and installed a beautiful french drain system for a fraction of what foundation work might have been. The crew was fantastic, and after all the digging and installation they left my yard looking better than it did before they arrived. Everything neat as a pin. The drains were exactly what we needed... Testimony to the deluges that we've had over the last couple weeks. I can not say enough positive things about this company. chey/Plano

When we need our foundation done for the first time I was nervous know such cost from owning rental problem and how some companies do more than necessary. I was SO HAPPY when I got the bid and I needed very little done to correct the problem . Only 2 piers were done - most companies probably might had done much. I highly recommend Lokie Perez and his crew. Great work and affordable.
