i.e., A lWorst repair experience ever! I went in to get my Ipad screen replaced because it was cracked. The main guy said it was going to take 4 hours so I left my ipad there and came back 4 hours later and it wasn't ready yet. I sat there for 20 mins then finally he gave me the ipad and the edges were all scratched up he said he had to scrape it to fit the screen then he said the power button doesn't work anymore that I was going to have to press the home button to turn it on now and when I need to turn it off I have to wait for it to turn off on its own ever time now. I didn't think that was a big deal because I hadn't registered it yet but that same day I noticed the battery drains rapidly now because it just sits there for 2 minutes until it turns off on its own. Then I noticed there was a small crack on the screen where the edge is and every day it got bigger then on day 3 it was up to half the screen. THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAS ME MAD I went back to the repair place and I told the guy about the edges, how everyday the crack has been getting bigger and right off the bat he started yelling at me he got up from behind the desk and came to me took the ipad and said 'There is no f#cking way that happened here!" 'I scrapped it!" "you talk to whoever had it and tell them because there is no freakin way I did that!" I was in shock I came in there all calmly and now I was honestly frightened I was just thinking what is going on? Is he on drugs? is he about to attack me? I was scared I just wanted to leave never mind whatever happened to the ipad this was TERRIBLE customer service.ocal favorite, or highly recommended because
