I worked a temporary assignment with CVS since November of last year. I have to say it was one of the worst jobs I have ever worked. There is zero diversity let me be frank. There are two African American supervisors in the entire call center and 1 African American Sr. Representative. The training was a complete joke by phone and on the call center floor while others were working. On May 9th the big wigs visited the call center and decided that a major contract by the name of Medica was terminated that day supposedly due to errors by CVS and what does CVS do? They blame all the temps and fire us all instead of taking ownership of why errors were being committed. Fix your system! Fix your coding errors and for God sake hire a trainer that knows how to train and omit the training over the phone! It does not WORK. The entire building is a health hazard. The key board stands are trash and so filthy that employees are forced to bring towels to place on the stands in order for the sleeves on your shirts are not black with dirt by the end of your shift. CVS has left such a horrible taste on my mouth that I will never ever even get a prescription filled at a CVS again and neither will my family! Anyone thinking about working there RUN! The pay is horrible and the racism is real.
