Aldridge Elementary School serves more than 500 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The school also offers a range of student programs in art, music and physical education. In addition, Aldridge Elementary School offers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. It provides medical care, behavioral support, speech pathology and guidance counseling services. The school has a library and media center that includes a collection of over 12,000 books, audiocassettes, maps, globes, science activity boxes and magazines. Located in Richardson, Texas, Aldridge Elementary School is a part of the Plano Independent School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools.
