Some of the solutions for IVR needs offered by the company are IVR hosted solutions/software, (SaaS)/cloud computing solutions, custom IVR application development and support, IVR managed services/managed premise IVR solutions, IVR system sales for on-premise installed IVR equipment and IVR extended life maintenance programs.
