Work for a hospital. Called the call center for a needed medical device for an infant. Had me send all the information. Called 1 1/2 hours later and order had not been picked up by Rice Lake yet according to the call center. Explained that patient would have to drive 1 hour to pick up the unit but they said they could not help or provide any information. Then 2 hours after the initial contact, Rice Lake calls and says they haven't carried the item for 6 months. This delayed treatment for this infant by 2 hours.
