We had a bad experience with owner Tina. She did wedding flowers for us as plus set up the ceremony site and reception table flowers. She was an hour late to all three meetings we had. She didn't follow written directions and drawn diagrams we gave her. As a result the ceremony site was in front of instead of next to a tree thereby not only blocking the exquisite Catskill view across the Hudson River but all photos have the tree sprouting out of people's heads. There was also not enough room for the bridal party. Her arrangement of reception flowers also was not according to directions either. In trying to discuss this several days later she wouldn't speak with me. Finally she did but interrupted me, burst into tears and reported me to the RHINEBECK POLICE for harassing her!!!!!!! Months later her offer to set up the site again through the BBB was way too late and insincere. I'm am not alone in this experience with her. Beware!!! She's the only vendor demanding prepayment. Don't!!!
