I think Dr Hopkin's was great!!! He takes the time to listen to his patients and he actually cares about what is going on. When listening to him, I felt like he cares more about quality not quantity. When you discussion any of your problems with him, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. Most doctors when telling them about your medical problems don't really listen. Dr Hopkin is great about using natural medicines. He knows what he is doing and loves it, that rare to find in a doctor. All of his staff was great and super friendly.

They suggested a lab test for my daughter but didn't bother to tell me that it cost over $11,000! When I called to complain, they said it was my fault because I didn't ask. Pretty sad!

The doctor is fair. But the staff makes the experience really bad. Karen, the office manager is incredibly forgetful and has sent the wrong prescription information to my pharmacy, often forgets where my pharmacy is, and when I hand her a letter with the point by point prescriptions that need to be filled, she never gives it to the doctor. This has been going on for me for three years now. The only reprieve Ive had is when she is gone or on vacation.
