This is the only place I have let cut my hair and I have been living in Rexburg for 3 years now, not only is it priced well, around $20 for a cut but their salon is clean and orderly. Plus they offer hair color and cut, nails and tanning! I always have Penny cut for me, she really know's what she is doing!
