We built a home in Rigby w/ Kartchner last year (2012) & couldn't be happier w/ the home or the process! The hole was dug for our foundation in March & we were living there in June. The process was fast & easy. The result was a beautiful, high quality home. We constantly receive comments on what a beautiful home we have, & we couldn't agree more! There is a lot of attention paid to the quality & the details. We have been in our home for 11 months & haven't had a single problem. Our home is also very energy efficient (we did upgrade to foam insulation). Our prior home was 2400 sq ft (only 6 years old), yet we're averaging only a couple dollars more/month on our gas bill w/ our new home being 4000 sq ft. We are so grateful for the ease & speed of the process, & for the great home we have because we chose Kartchner Homes. (And as someone who lives near Rexburg I found out that the condominiums, spoke of in an earlier review, were not even built by Kartchner Homes)
