Service needs improving: I have been going to this Rite Aid since it was renamed and I have yet to find a manement team who could pull the store together and provide the kind of customer support I have come to expect from my local Pharmacy. My wife went in the other day and said the manager was out fron smoking a cigarette while she was waiting on a register override and when he came in he smelt like an old ashtray and booze. I agree with the other reviewer on the other aspects of this store. Come one Rite Aid! maybe you should send your staff to a Chick-fil-a training camp for Customer Service
