After so much research I am so glad I chose Shelly's place! I am half asian and have VERY sparse to no brow hairs. I have spent hundreds and hundreds (and hundresds) of dollars in prestige/drugstore products and never was pleased. Now I have so much confidence! My brows are eeeeeverything!

Today I received Botox with Ms.Ouch. Having gotten it before with another provider, my experience this time around was completely different! Ms. Ouch is professional and knows her stuff, she did not try to force anything on me and went with exactly what I wanted. She listened and was very professional and helpful! On top of her knowledge and experience, she was friendly and very nice. I will definitely be coming back!

My first time at the salon and first time doing lashes. The salon is nicely decorated and is so relaxing to be there. The procedure went smooth and with no issues to the point i was so relaxed i almost fall asleep. My lashes look really nice and i was previously explained the method and what the different volumes. I achieved what i wanted. I recommend this place and i will definitely be coming back for refills and other services since they offer microblading and skin treatments.

I've been getting treatments for the last few years and have had to go to snooty downtown locations that push things you don't need. Was so excited to find Shelly in the area. She makes you feel super comfortable with procedures and doesn't try to add too much. Been really happy with the results without having to go far from home and fight for downtown parking. I've referred some friends and will continue to do so!

Shelly and her other staff are top of the line!!! I have gotten eyebrows microbladed by Shelly and I get compliments everyday - I have received Botox from a nurse that works out of Shelly’s salon and everything is perfectly done !

from the time I walked through the door, it was nothing but amazing service. Shelly took care of me every step of the way. She even allowed me to draw out and show her how I wanted my brows to look. My brows came out beautifully and healed faster than anticipated. The ointment really helped moisturize the brow area and the peeling was quick and easy. I returned for the touch up and everything went so smoothly and I'm excited about my brows more than ever!!
