When I visited this bakery to buy some pastries, I have noticed that their store is clean and organized. This first impression really attracted me.

Have been a customer of Manne's for many years. They have some wonderful pastries. Sometimes not too fresh but the thing that bothers me the most is the service. Some employees can be very discourteous and curt when you are placing your order. Many times I leave there feeling as though they really don't want the business.

Manne's has the best cannoli and ricotta pies. Other pastries are also delicious when they are not stale (has happened several times). Also, they have some hard working, pleasant staff but it seems that often there is a young woman (I believe a supervisor) who is very rude to the customers. She makes you feel like you are bothering her by placing an order or if you ask any questions and responds in a mean tone of voice.

the best lobster tails, awesome cannolis and their pastries are very very good, we drive from Maine to mass around xmas to pick up delicious, desserts every year
